庄木弟，男，汉族，1965年3月生，上海市人，中央党校研究生，法学学士，工商管理硕士，艺术学博士，经济师，1984年7月参加工作。庄木弟自1994年2月起历任松江区五厍镇党委副书记、镇长，叶榭镇党委书记、人大主席，区商业党工委书记，区发展计划委员会主任、党组书记；自2003年1月起历任嘉定区副区长，嘉定区委常委、副区长；自2013年7月起任奉贤区委副书记、区长，现任中共上海市奉贤区委书记。

Zhuang Mudi，Male，Han Nationality，born in March，1965 in Shanghai.Postgraduate of Party School of the CPC Central Committee，LL.B, MBA, Ph.D. of Arts, Economist, started career in July 1984.Since February, 1994, Mr Zhuang Mudi worked successively as the Vice Party Secretary as well as Town Mayor of Wushe, Party Secretary of Yexie as well as Chair of NPC Yexie Committee, Party Secretary of CPC working committee of Business Commission in Songjiang District, Director as well as Party Secretary of Development & Planning Commission of Songjiang District.Since January, 2003, Mr Zhuang Mudi worked successively as Vice District Mayor of Jiading District, Member of Standing Committee of Jiading Party Committee as well as Vice District Mayor.Since July, 2013, Mr Zhuang Mudi successively worked as Deputy Party Secretary of CPC Fengxian District Committee as well as District Mayor. Now Mr Zhuang Mudi is the Party Secretary of CPC Fengxian District Committee in Shanghai.

主旨报告：奉贤：打造绿色生态滨海新城

杭州湾、南上海、美丽奉贤正崛起一座绿色生态的滨海新城。绿色的生态系统，绿色的建筑，绿色的技术，绿色的政策，构成了奉贤南桥新城绿色生态新城的要素。并对应具体措施：城市更新，保留历史老宅、老村落、老树，打造更多的城市文化公共空间；景观更新，绿化景观更适应现代城市风貌，打造绿色城市廊道；水系更新，打造浦南运河、金汇港十字黄金水道，金海湖景观公园群落；建筑更新，老建筑节能改造，新建筑打造绿色星级，BIM技术的推广运用。为此，奉贤采取了一些积极措施，并制定相关管理办法和激励政策，旨在打造上海的南部城市中心过程中，呈现出“水绿交融、蓝绿缤纷”的城市特质，既有外表，更有内涵。

Located in the Hangzhou Bay, south of Shanghai, beautiful Fengxian is fostering a new green ecological coastal city--the Nanqiao New City, featured by green ecological system, green buildings, green technologies and green policies. Fengxian devotes itself to the four “upgrades”: city upgrade—we maintain the historical old houses, old villages and old trees to extend public spaces of urban culture; Landscape upgrade—we build green corridors since green landscape adapts to the modern city style; water system upgrade—we build golden cross waterway of Punan canal and Jinhui port, as well as the Jinhai Lake landscape parks; and buildings upgrade—we transform the old buildings to be energy saving and construct star- rated new green buildings by applying and promoting the BIM technology. Fengxian steps actively in setting out relevant administrative measures and incentive policies in the pursuit of creating the center of the southern Shanghai presenting externally and internally the characteristics of a green city.
